Chrome plating

I thought I would give my SE2 a good polishing before the Spring arrives and to my horror I noticed quite a lot of chrome plate is lifting off the rear wheel. :( I have been on to the dealer and he has asked me to bring it in to have a look.I hope this is just a one off and not something that is going to happen again, not for a machine that has cost me

Three months?  Heck, you're doing better than I did.  I noticed the chrome peeling off the front wheel of my SEEG three hours after taking delivery.  Looks like they still haven't got the chrome issues sorted out. [smiley=no.gif]

What year model do you have?

I wipe the wheels down after each ride and have not noticed any yet...Now you have me wanting to do to the garage and check...
