Here we go again. If you all remember I wanted a Concord sesg but the only way I could talk mamma into it was to get the spiced rum (she had seen one and loved the gold). Now I really didn't mind the SR so I went along to make her happy and still get what I wanted. As some of you know it took a month long process to actually get this bike purchased and I really like it. Here is the but, mamma seen the blue in person at sturgis for the first time and really loves it and now wants it (gotta say I'm on board as well) so now the point of this post is to see it there are any used ones around to trade for? Any help appreciated.

It would be cheaper to paint your's Blue.
With that said I also wanted the Concord Blue & am Very Happy with the Spiced Rum.

 After all you just went through you'd be best off to sit tight a while.

 Remember how the Bank wouldn't go for the number changes on your current deal....they are even less likely to refinance a used bike on a one for one swap unless your kicking in some serious cash.

 I'd call them and run the scenario by them before proceeding it might just save both you and someone else a lot of time and effort.

i told her she was going to have to come up with the down payment the credit union wants!! and wouldn't you know it she has worked 2 doubles the last 2 days. i have already explained to her this really wasn't going to happen but hey i am entertaining her. it's pretty much in good fun because i know we aren't going to have to worry about finding one.

at least i got lucky that she didn't want the 2011 my dealer is really pushing me for the b/o they have coming in october. if she would of wanted that i would be screwed, more money, larger trade difference, and mostly i couldn't pretend not to get one because my local dealer will have it.

billy how many miles on yours what mods

1,300 miles. not much for mods because most are removable and i would just put the bike back to stock and keep the accessories to re-install. only mods that would have to stay is the chrome saddle bag latch inserts, purple remote controlled led's, chrome switch covers (for $23.00 to big a pain to remove), and kuryakyn flush mount led license plate holder.

Well she certainly has taste!   The only problem is that only a very few are fortunate enough to have the best color out there.

Some say the other colors are faster but I don't know what they're talking about.......they all still complain about how fast I ride.

I can tell you from personal experience,   Black is the fastest.......

When I was stressing on my decision between the Tequila Street Glide and the Ultra CVO, my wife preferred the Ultra. Fortunately she said to go with my first pick and I'm glad I did. However with that said, I believe she gets the next pick. Stay with your selection unless you can find a trade with a win-win deal.
