Title: Good Ramp Suggestion?
Post by: neanderpaul on March 07, 2005, 08:34:21 PM
So, assuming I have to ramp the bike up into my RAM, what would be the best ramp option? 10'? Folding?

Suggestions?

I was looking at some at the Boston Bike Show and when you really start looking at the 10' ones you quickly realize that the 1500 lb. rating is across 2 so only 750 lbs. apiece.  Now, riding the bike up, with even part of my weight drives it up near 900-1000lbs.

I have shorter folding ramps that require a curb.  They work but I may get one of these:

cool, the ones that Naitram points to have a true 1500lb center capacity.
