I was on this ride. About 8 rows ahead of the victims. A few seconds sooner it would of been me. My wife and I attended the arraignment this morning for this D-bag. He lost his license in 2005 for DUI and 2006 as a habitual offender but got it back in 2008 on appeal. This is his third DUI. Two in two days! WTF???
Bill, the husband of the woman killed vows to ride again. The other rider lost a leg and is still hospitalized.
