Still have mine and haven't broke 40k yet... posted in this thread 3 years ago with 39k+ miles. :(

Like John if somebody wanted it more than me I would consider selling it to a good home. :nixweiss:

I started this discussion in 2018 when my jalapeño had 103000 km. We just got back from a Black Hills tour, the mileage just turned over 140000. Still going strong. Great ride…  :jalapeno:

I just bought mine in May with 33,000km. Absolutely love this bike!! Went riding with my buddy who has a 2019 Road King and my bike sounds infinitely better than his and has no problem keeping up with the 114 engine. Now to plan her first big road trip. :jalapeno:

Mike she's still looking good!!! At times I think about getting rid of my "Pumpkin" then I go ride her and those thoughts end. Had the state safety inspection done this month, gave tech registration card, and when he came back he said "this really an '04?" Replied it sure is (as I chuckled inside thinking did he think I could BS the department of motor vehicles :D)... he couldn't believe it was in as good a shape as it is. The '04/'05 SEEG's are the reason the Street Glides were created and sell so well. The MoCo took note of what the aftermarket was doing creating "Draggin Baggers" and jumped in with the SEEG's and the rest as they say is history.

Yeah Gary I reckon she is enjoying retirement. I ride her a couple times each year just to cycle the gas through her. I ride Orange Crush mostly and have put more miles on it in 8 years than I did Betsy in the 11 years she was my primary ride.

Every so often I get the itch for some new iron, most recently went to Joe Carson while at the Ohio GTG just o look at a Road Glide in green. Nice bike but I don’t really want another Road Glide. I do like the look of a Street Glide ST in gray but ain’t pulled the trigger and likely won’t.

If you ever decide to let her go let me know…I’ve got a buddy who might be interested.  Plus that would help me out, tired of wiping his drool off my bike every time he sees it 😂 !

Roger that Sikbird

I don’t know if the public could stand seeing your Pumpkin and my Huckleberry riding down the road together. Might cause a major accident with people gawking at the beauty.

Be even worse if it were two :pumpkin:'s... if his friend brought mine... if it were for sale... or he offered me more than I could refuse. :D :D

He loves my bike but is weirded out about being twinkies with me, even though I’ve told him repeatedly that it doesn’t bother me in the least.  Now I would have a problem if his was significantly faster and judging by your mods listed, it probably is.

Not sure if it is/would be faster than yours but that would be an incentive for him if it were... and get into your wallet at the same time as it sounds like you wouldn't let him be faster for long. :huepfenlol2:
