By the looks of it there will be two options with engine size.
No mention of a CVO Road Glide??

The CVO's will not have 2 engine options, the MOCO just present the Factory and Stage 1 to the EPA for approval, they will come unmodified.

I think this is the way they needed to certify them so they can come as 117 instead of 114.  This is exactly how they did it on the 2019s.  My 2019 SERG is a 117 (look at the information and even the derby covers) and it is the way it came.

Even though Harley is notorious for not sharing horsepower ratings that spreadsheet actually has power output ratings.  That's a huge surprise (at least to me).  They've got it in kw but that's an easy conversion to get horsepower.  Actual info about a Harley from Harley, whoda-thunk-it.

I must admit I have been holding off from an M8 with the known problems.
Would be interesting to know the percentage of M8 failures vs production numbers.

According to CARB, the list of certified CVO models include the returning CVO Street Glide and the CVO Ultra Limited, with the new CVO Tri Glide replacing the CVO Road Glide.
