Ciro PASSENGER highway pegs
« on: April 26, 2021, 12:11:12 PM »

I know we're limited on what we can do for our passengers but has anyone put these on their bike yet? Appears to mount in the hole above your floorboard mounts. It would give us an option for our passengers.

G’day OBB,

I just got a set of these. Hoping to get them on Lucille this weekend coming up.

I’ll take some pictures & post them up so you can see how they work or not.

Cheers Tom

Appreciate it Tom. As we have matching bikes, I'll know for sure if they work or not.  :huepfenjump3:

I'm thinking we need to meet up so I can see them. What part of the state are you in? Meet in the middle for lunch some day.

I have them on my 2020 CVO Limited.  Move the floorboards down 1 hole and these bolt into the top hole.  The Mrs loves them.

Here's some pictures from two angles with the various open/close options.  I put these on this past weekend and we haven't ridden with them yet but I suspect my wife will end up liking them more than I do.  Some things to note: 1) the passenger floorboards need to be in the lowest position otherwise the peg is too close to the floorboard to allow easy access, 2) the arms bend out a little which leaves the pegs in the way when not deployed, 3) the adjustable floorboard bolts were hella tight and I had to use a 2' long extension to loosen them, 4) in the pictures the Ciro arms are at the highest position which is really the only usable position.

Let me know if you have more questions.

Appreciate all the pix. Looks like the passenger is hindered if they don't have the pegs folded out with full size highway pegs on them. Can they go anymore forward or do you think they'll be in your way once you do that?

I installed the pegs. jveez has what I would say are the 1/2 footboards. The pegs will give you more room to move your feet around. Mine look like Pt# 61002.
