Curious as to why the CVO bikes are all listed a "new model"

I find the strange.  Seems that if a major change to make them new models then the other touring bikes would get those changes.

...... i think Scotsman's list is one'a those 'updated' 2019 lists.
.... it says there's gonna be an FLHTCU was well as an RGU (FLTRU) when we've all been told that the EG Ultra is going away & we're to get an LTD RG
....... as someone said earlier, we'll know in a couple weeks

I’d love to call BS on just about everything this Guy says, did he run that fairing through a digital wind tunnel? Did he see how putting storage in that “dead space” area would be idiotic because anything you put in there would melt, did he think to say that space is there so your nuts don’t melt?

Cell phone space yes
Seat being outdated yes

There is a EPA approvals website that shows the type of bikes and engines usually posted a few days before HD unveils the new year bikes.   Anyone have the Link.  I think it is California or Oregon.
