I've learned to reserve judgment based solely on the online pics.  The colors often present much better in person in the sunlight than the pictures ever suggest they might.

This one, whether you like the color palette or not, at least has some boldness going for it.  That's more than can said for a lot of the bike graphics the last several years.
Don totally agree with you... the online pictures in the past have not done justice to some of the CVO paint/color schemes. However as you mention the orange/black paint set I referred to does have the boldness factor going for it (in the online picture) that many have come to expect out of CVO paint schemes.

The AMF days may be closer than we think even without the paint

Brother you are absolutely right.

If the clowns that are currently pulling the strings don't do something to turn the MOCO around soon, it's gonna make the AMF days look good.

You would think that they would have their website ready for the 2020 launch. Some models are spec'd metrically, others in english units and some have a mix of both on the same page.

Out of the 2020 CVO colours my pick is,
Street Glide, Smoky Gray & Black Hole
Tri Glide, Black Stardust w/Magnetic Gray & Wicked Red
Ultra Limited, Moonlight Blue & Deep Sea Blue

A bit pricey in Australia though.

2020 CVO Street Glide No Lowers are you kidding me. The Pricing is always going up and you get less No Chrome , No Speakers in the lowers because there not there. Nothing Special about the CVO'S anymore ? I like when they painted the frames the color of the bike on the CVO'S.

At least they redesigned the oil pump again, I like the HDdata plan too, it's free the first year. Glad I did a rebuild of my old 2009. I'm still holding out for the CVO livewire.  :drink:

Still a rumor that sumping is fixed with new oil pump, HD data plan will use info to void the warranty if they spot modifications.

I really really hope this is the fix for sumping, the periodic sumping issue with certain M8 motors has been a problem far too long as it is......

If this does turn out to be the fix then HD needs to recall and replace all M8 pumps from 17 through 19....Like that would ever happen...

I fixed your quote, TN.  Also, it's $150/year after that first one which seems a bit high but hey, that's Harley for ya.  I just bought a CPO vehicle (car) that had their app/data plan included for the entire warranty period which is 6 years. Youda thunk Harley would at least include it during the two year warranty... :nixweiss:

At least with this they tried to do some thing different and a bit bold.  I think its better than the CVO's  Wont know for sure until I see them all in person.

However they do specials with nice paint like this, why buy a CVO?

I'm surprised it has taken this long. The technology has been there since ABS brakes.
I've had it in my truck since 2010
My 18 BMW K1600 B has the hill hold feature and many more than found on a CVO. For close to half the money.

Was really hoping Harley would bring out a competitive touring machine. New paint options is not what drives me anymore. I like to actually ride.

Still love Harleys, have purchased 12 new ones including CVO. Hopefully they will offer a compelling model soon??

I sold my '12 CVO Ultra early summer and bought a K1600(GA) bagger as well, mainly because after 40 plus years of riding Harley's and a bad back, I needed something with a little more suspension.  I had installed Ohlins front and back, but with only 3" or rear travel on these kommiefornia roads it wasn't enough.

Never thought I would like shift pro, reverse, hill hold, adaptive headlight, nor though I would care for suspension on the fly (dampening settings for 1up, 2up, & luggage), but it kind of spoils you.  Still if Harley were to come out with a better suspension like Indian or BMW (Both have 4.5" rear travel), I would love to be on a Harley touring bike again.  I think the CVO's have gotten too pricey vs the non CVO touring bikes, for what you're getting. I would love an Ultra limited in scorched orange, or zephyr blue with blacked out scheme.

Maybe next year when the Pan American is released, it for sure will have the travel suspension.  Looks, ..... well, we'll have to see!

The Hill Hold works if you're going up or down steep hills, like I encounter in S.F.
