Title: 4" Rinehart Slip Ons for 2019 CVO Limited
Post by: Hound Dawg on January 20, 2019, 11:51:41 PM
I'm sure this has been talked already, but I can't seem to find anything on my specific case.    I took delivery on my Mag Grey fade Limited, and I put on the amp and better speakers.   We love the radio and thought we would just keep the bike stock.   However, I miss the sound after only 500 miles.   So my questions are:

1.  Has anyone put Rinehart 4" slips on a bone stock 117" motor?
2.  Did you map at all?   or can I just slip them on and sacrifice no power without remapping?   (I'd rather just keep it stock)

Thanx in advance and I hope this isn't too redundant.

Congratulations on the new bike. I put 4” Hi Roller slip-ons on my ‘19 CVO RG without remapping. Bike ran great, I’m switching to 4” S&S Grand Nationals and still no plans to remap.  The nice thing about the 4” you can use your stock heat shields.

I have a Friend with an 18 CVO Limited, he's put about 10K miles on it with the 4" Rinehart slip ons.  No tune, sound real good, runs great.

Slip on do not require a tune.

In Nov 18 I traded my blown up 2016 CVO RGU for a new 2019 SGS with 114". Loved it stock. Love it more with 4" Rinehart EPA compliant, SE Stage 2 with Street Tuner.  Warranty compliant and such a delight. Not chancing warranty issues after the fiasco with my '16. Good Luck!
