Goals

1.   No after supper snacking
2.   No late night television
3.   Going to bed early
4.   Not leaving the house
5.   Not going to a party

     *  My childhood punishments have now become my senior adult goals.

And when you break any of those goal the punishment seems to last much longer now. #5 could hurt for a couple days now
