GOOD advice

Saw the Dr the other day and he said at my age it was time to get some exercise. I said I will try, but my arthritis it hurts to run or walk. He suggested many ideas but the one I thought might be the easiest on the joints was a bike. The Doc agreed and I felt good about the idea. Two days later I saw the Doc at the store and said the bike idea was the best idea ever I felt better then I have ever felt. He looked at me with my bike and said he was thinking about a pedal bike not a Harley.

That truly happened to me. The Doc was not impressed until I took him out for a closer look!
