Take a look at this thread - How To Add or Change Your Avatar. You will need to reduce the size of the picture also to under 1MB.

This thing has been kicking my butt. I can not find where to down size the pic. Where do you do that and how?

Go to your profile and look for “I have my own pic:” and to the right of that put this - http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=17159.0;attach=44638;image in the box. Click on "Change Profile" at the bottom and that changes will be saved.

Went to Cass Wv to the Cass Scenic Railroad. They have several different engines and train rides to see. 9% grade up hill being shoved by a Shay is something to see and feel.The mountains were just starting to change the fall foilage. It was an awesome bike ride to get there and a great train ride. You can all so go to the Green Bank observatory for a free tour about 15 miles away.
