He might of handled a ball hone in house, but I would guess he was at the in house limit.

You put them in plates and clean the bore and end up with too much clearance every time. I don't even try, unhappy customers and waste of my time. I like those KBS and have used them in various size motors.
That's what I've found as well. There's no reason to put new pistons in a used bore. They're never straight (or round) to begin with.

Nah,,, he was talking about the lack of importance of the heads. Although I wonder if this guy has a video on porting heads that would fit nicely in that thread.  :huepfenjump3: That's why I commented about the guys with the experience chiming in. I love reading all the technical stuff even though trying to understand it most of the time is way over my head. Those threads help me out.
You and Steve (GMR) both post over there under normal screen names. I'm sure most don't know who you really are.
