its the harley jack part number 94653-98

I've had the jack for 5 years and use it routinely.  Very stable and it's great because it is so simple.  No hydraulics or valves to monkey with.  Only drawback is the rubber strips on top of the runners came unglued after a few uses.  Used some 3M doublesided tape and all's well.

It seemed a little pricey when I got it but it has served me well used for Sportsters thru Ultras.
