How comfortable is the seat on the 11SESG ?I have a sundowner on my 08 and I am takeing it off and keeping it just to be safe.

did a 1150 mile ride and it was pretty good added the matching back rest now will be keeping it like that.

I think he means he added the rider backrest which does not come with the bike....only the passenger backrest is included.

I'm thinking Steve meant the rider backrest since the passenger one comes with the bike. At least that is what it sounds like--I may be wrong :confused5:

I am asking, how is the pass backrest? It does not look very high. My wife rides with me 95% of the time. Also does a tool kit come with the bike? I have a brand new kit with my 08 and will not let it go with bike unless a new one comes with the bike.

My wife didn't like the stock one. It was too low on her back. I got the standard height and reused the backrest pad and she's happy now.

Did the same for my wife and she likes it.......although now she is making noises about a tour pack.....does this ever end??  :nervous:

Thanks, I have a bigger one but it will not fit the 11, same with the rack like you have ,going to try and sell both.

Ditto on the Pass BR...my girl didn't like the lower height on it, so went with a chopped Tour Pak for longer rides...we both love it.
