found a 09..  ultra tour pack for sale cheap. just bought flhxse2 was wondering if this would fit and what it might look like it is vidid black and my ride is the black and orange?

Yes it will fit. The ultra version has all the lights and radio/cb antenna mounts.

If it's an OEM Ultra tour pak it will be vivid black with pinstriping which, cosmetically, is okay for occasional use for trips IMO. 

If you want a more or less permanently mounted tour pak, the pinstriping will be tough to accept cosmetically.

If you got a great deal on it and it has pinstriping, consider selling it and using the $$$ of the OEM color-matched tour pak from a 20% of list price HD dealer; e.g. Zanotti's, Jenni at Tri-County HD, et al.

Just my $.02.  It's your bike and your $$$; do what you want.

you should be able to find a local painter to match it, anywhere around 500 is fair

I too lucked out w/ an Ebay purchased Vivid Blk Chopped Tour Pak...It came with the backrest, organizer, rack, etc. It's currently at the painter being color matched to Black Diamond & Crimson...It fits great and my girl loves the difference it makes from the OEM backrest. All in all, I saved $600 doing it this way versus buying a factory color matched TP.
