You didn't specify CVO or not--so I wll answer the part that I know---CVO SG--yes...don't know about regular SG

My 08 FLHX had one, as does my 09 FLTRSE3... though the kit has changed.... zip ties come in the new kit

I do know the kit got downgraded...my '10 SESG had a better kit than my '11 SESG2

Yes it does, but it doesn't have a white wall brush in it. ;D

Sorry, couldn't help myself.  The kit that comes with the bike is bare minamum and I mean bare.  Nothing compared to the kit that I've carried for years.

+1 on the downgrade. My 08 was a better kit. Ended up buying CruzTools for the 11.
