Chipped my saddlebag
« on: June 27, 2005, 05:31:14 PM »

I added a set of saddlebag guards to the bike, I guess I was a little careless putting the bag back on. There is an allen cap screw and nyloc nut that hold the vertical piece to the horizontal piece. I must have banged the bag into the nut  [smiley=confused5.gif]

I feel your pain...  perhaps a little fingernail polish would do the trick?  That's what my dealer used on my air cleaner cover when the paint came out of the engraving!  Worked like a champ... [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Coolbreeze,
I have the touchup paint, just letting you guys know so that if you add the guards you avoid what I did.
