I’m removing the CB module from the fairing to use the space for other accys, will I get any codes or errors from leaving it uninstalled? Will every thing else work? I don’t use and would save time from relocating it.

You won't get any codes. If you push the PTT after you remove the module you'll get a message stating no communication device found but no codes are thrown.
