Boom GTS Distance to Next Turn

New member here, but not new to CVO's.  I upgraded my 16 CVO Limited for a 20 CVO Limited and have a question about the GPS before I venture back to the dealership.  On my old bike and every other GPS I ever used it shows you the distance to next turn whether its 1 mile or 99 miles, but what I found with this unit is it will not show the distance to next turn until I am 1 mile from the turn, then it starts counting down.  Has anyone else noticed this or is it something I need the dealership to look at?

My 19 CVO RG works the same way... Maybe we are both missing out... I will try and mess with mine this evening and see if it’s in the settings..

Couple of updates ago they took distance to turn away. Keep waiting fr them to fix but nothing yet

The Service Manager called me yesterday after I emailed him about it, he said that he called Harley Tech and was told that there have been a lot of complaints about distance to next turn missing when its greater than 1 mile so they are working on a Software Update for it.  No word when that will happen but he said he has a reference number and if I don't see an update soon for it to call him back and he will check the reference number for an update.

I have called many times about this.  Standard answer, we are working on it. 

I have an iPhone 11, you can not make a call with it connected to the bike.  They have been working on it since October.  As of Friday they have no clue when they will resolve it.

Harley is horrible at fixing software issues.

That’s one of the many reasons I use a Garmin Roadtech Zumo 590. Way better than the built on GPS imo.
