Does anyone know how to find month of manufacture?  I purchased my CVO on 24 October 11. FLTRUSE. Info will will be appreciated . Thanks Mitch .

Have you looked at the VIN plate on the neck of your bike?

I have looked at every sticker there are no dates unless it decoded by serial #.

Something has changed since '04 then. If I turn my handlebars all the way to the right and look at the frame near the neck there is the VIN plate that has "date of manufacture" (06-04) on it.

Ok, I found it. It is on the left down tube at the bottom. The serial number is stamped on neck on the right side. Two other stickers on right down tube , fed stuff. Thanks.

04/11.  I know it is one of 985 in the black quartz but I don't the number in the batch, ha. I guess they are now made on the same line as all the rest. I would guess the numbers are not sequential.
