I don't think I'll be modding this bike like the SERG but I do have a quick release tour pak, stubbie antennas and Kuryakyn LED turn signals coming.  I sent an email to Jim at Custom Billet Works for an SE script emblem.  Thinking of a builders kit....  I'm trying not to miss the motor mods but we'll see.  The bells and whistles and ergonomics are amazing!  It's heavier and taller than the SERG so it's a beast in the parking lot.  Now I understand what guys start their bike to move it 3 feet.  The seat is more forward than I'm accustomed and the bars are close....  Here we go again! 

I have a thread on setting up the tour pack quick release and having the plate below the tail-light.  The instructions I posted are for doing it with out the HD kit. 

The pin can be pulled at the handle bar clamp and the bars pushed forward, a big help in making them not feel close and the seat not feel close.  I did that the day I got the bike, the bars are not bad, but I do not like the wrist angle so I have 14" monkey bars on order.

Thanks Dave, I will have to re read those threads. I'm going to reset (lower) the shift levers today and look into getting an extended brake lever.  Dealer is throwing in all the parts for the tour pak conversion but I'm not sure I will need all of them.

Haven't been able to get a good picture in the Sun, yet but the metallic is beautiful. Rode home last night at about 55 degrees. Never had a heated seat and grips before. Very nice!  Here is Anthony from Italy who had never seen a CVO Road Glide in person before. He wanted a picture.
