I have used Fullsac Headpipes, and 2.25 baffles and tech matt on all my CVO bikes.  Did it on my 09, my 12, my 13, my 15, my 17, my 18 and now the 2019.

I also did it on a couple of my wife's street glides and road glides.

They work great, good value for the money.  They will support lots of power.  My CVO 13 King is 138.5 HP and 140 torque.  Fullsac has an M8 build here at 144 hp an 150 torque.

Wow Dave. Does your H-D dealer roll out the red carpet for you and play your own personal theme music when you roll up??  I thought I had it bad with 4 in 10 years. Haha
