Satellite Radio Disappears

Recently, during two separate occasions, my satellite radio on my 2018 CVO RG disappeared for several minutes. The first time I had to shut down the bike completely for it to reappear. The second time it happened again while riding...satellite option disappeared and then the head unit did a complete reboot on its own and reappeared.

Anyone else experience this problem? Any ideas as to what can cause this to happen?
