Would there need to be another amp added to add these speakers?  Already has 3 amps with the lowers, lid speakers and the fronts.  Not sure where to even put it.

To stay with the stage 2 audio set up you would have to add an amp. Amp can be mounted under the tour pack. Other option would be go aftermarket with an amp/speakers that can push all 8 speakers.

Yes if you want to use all the CarPlay features.  No if you just want the CarPlay screen and to listen, the dealer can toggle it so CarPlay will work with out head set.
