I miss stated myself earlier. The issue is when you remove the trailer that the current flow is reduced without the trailer. To get proper functionality unplug TMSS module it will reset and turn signals and they will return to normal flash rate.

A fellow from another website stated once trailer is unhooked, depress left turnsignal button then immediately depress RH turnsignal button and the TSSM will be reset to normal flash.
