I have paired my Treo 700P with my Zumo550 but it does not seem to be working. I cannot access the phone book, if a call comes into the phone it does not show on the display and if I dial a number the call does not go out. If anyone might know what the problem is please help.

I have the 755P but I have not paired mine to the Zumo, however I've heard that the phonebook will not show up on the Zumo for some reason. The only thing that will show are numbers that are in your "Contact" list (speed dial). For some reason the Palm and the Zumo don't play well together when it comes to the phonebook.

For the problem dialing out I don't know about that, sorry.

Good Luck with that one. their customer service is worse then Zippers. You might try intalling their recent firmware update. I didnt help with the problems im having paring to a Pioneer Avic Z3 but it might in your case. I downloaded my 755p update off Sprints web siite.
