SERK3 Speedo Backlight----DONE!!

So I just finished changing out the Backlighting on two SE speedo/tach combo's and I think they turned out pretty damn sweet. Dads bike is down for some paint work and a few other things so I started messing around. I changed his backlighting from red to blue, in both the speedo/tach and his fuel gauge. While I was at it I did the same to mine...only in green. The camera kind of messed up on the blue one (the odo is still the se red not some funky orange like in the pic). Enjoy the pics!

Thanks for posting the pictures.

I have an '08 SERK with a red backlight for the speedo and tach.  The '08 didn't come with a LED fuel gauge so I installed the P&A kit from HD.  The problem is that the fuel gauge has blue LED's on the aftermarket kit, not red like the OEM installed kit in '07.

So what would be the secret to changing my red backlighting to blue backlighting if you would care to share that tidbit?

the fuel gauge was a lot easier than the speedo...all it took were a few 3mm leds and some time!
