On the side bag for a 2009 SEUC the wire for the automatic lock goes through a hole in the bag. There is a plastic clip that holds the wire in place. I'm missing one. Any idea where to get one? The dealer can't find them in the parts book.

I put the power locks in my 05 right after those kits first came out in.... 07 maybe?  Then if you wanted to do it you had to buy the parts individually and make your own harness to control it all.  So had all the pieces in hand.  But still not sure I know what piece you're asking about.  Take a look at this exploded view and see if your part is identifiable.

If it's not don't take it as verification the piece you're looking for is a UFO.  Might simply be something they added later that wasn't part of the installation in 07 or 08 when the power locks were first introduced.

Just reread your initial request and realized you're probably after something generic and (fortunately) simple rather than something specific to the harness or parts kit.  Just a clip to hold the little harness in place and keep it from moving around?

If so don't worry with the bike shop.  Go to Lowes or Home Depot or Ace Hardware or most decent auto parts stores.  Probably even Harbor Freight.  Pick up some stick on clips like those in the picture here.

They come in various sizes.  Stick it on the inside of the bag.  Then run a small wire tie through the holes in its sides and around the harness.  Pull the wire tie snug and, voila, your harness is tacked down.

You're not even doing anything Mother Harley doesn't do.  HD uses these same type of harness mounting clips in several locations.  But you can buy a bulk bag of a dozen or so at one of the stores mentioned above for what Mother Harley will charge you for one clip.  Just don't forget to pick up a little bag of small wire ties also.

Muddypaws, I have bunch of them.  The actual part that fits our CVO bags.  (HEYCO 4L-1)  They are "strain relievers".  Will send you a PM.  Will place an ad in the sellers section soon if anyone else needs some. MOCO sells them for about $3.50 a piece.  Ridiculous... Is this what you need?

If you have not already lost one, I would suggest putting a small tie wrap on the loop of the plug inside your saddlebag to keep it from falling out if it comes loose.  Picture attached.
