Too bad. Bankrupt and purchased by some investment company. Good folks, tough luck.

Just had mine resoled last year after 9 years of use. Don't see any reason that they wont last another 9 years

so did they go into bankruptcy or was it their time to get out  :nixweiss:

I have had mine for four years now and while washing my bike noticed my right foot got wet. Look at the bottom and found a split between the tread. Rats...................

Looks like they were purchased out of bankruptcy and are still doing business.  So while the former owners may be sol at least (hopefully) there will still be product for us.  Mine are about ten years old and have been resoled twice.  Still in decent shape but one day I will want a new pair.  Best boots I have ever had bar none.

My soles both split last September.  Sent them back and did not get them back until March, but the new soles are outstanding.  The boots are a good product.  Sorry to hear this news.

Your hunting getup is about the strangest I've ever seen.  Nice turkey though.

I've got a set. They are bulletproof, rain, shine or cold. Great boot. Looks like they remain in business.
