Well, you wanna know what it feels like to get into racing?

Here's a short clip I made of Boston-Birdman at VIR last weekend when he went out for his first race.

It was a HUGE starting grid. At least 45 bikes ... on a very, very fast track.

He did great.

Wish I could have got more footage of him on the track. As it was, I was running from the start/finish line to the top of the balcony overlooking T2-T5.

Yes. VIR a few weeks ago.

Man, I love VIR. Especially the "full" course. Awesome track. I could do w/o the "Oak Tree" and the ARMCO out of T8, but outside of that ... the folks at VIR got it right for motorcycles on all counts (safety, speed, technical, amenities, food, lodging, and price).
