For those who haven't been in the SESG board..........I bought a Candy Concord SESG yesterday (see the thread in the SESG board).  As soon as I saw it, I was pretty sure that it is the same paint as the Cobalt Blue SEEG.  I rode my bike back to Sacramento last night and rode over to the bay area today, to Jim's shop (where my SEEG is at) and was curious to see the two together, side by side.

I think they're exactly the same but Jim thinks they're one shade different and says that I'm looking at them through old man eyes.  You be the judge.......

I gotta agree w/ Jim on this one JC.  The paint on the two scooters is way different color and shade of blue.  The Concord doesn't have as much 'purple' in it as the Colbalt SEEG.  But.......it's a good looking scooter (I've seen one in the flesh) !!!!!  Congrats~  spyder

And the mods have begun.........
Today was just a prelim of what's to come.  Extended shifter rods, wire the GPS and installed the antenna in the fairing, bled the clutch, Windvest 8" dark tint windshield and the windshield pouches.  

I have an appt. next Sat. at Corbin to get a seat made.  In the plans are tuner, cams, exhaust, color matched King Tour pack and leg fairings, possibly a color matched inner fairing, and a whole list of other things.  Stay tuned.....

While the style isn't what I'd go for I can tell you that the paint job on this bike is incredable.....detail in the graphics is the best that I've ever saw.
