Finally got around to doing something with that red Aluma trailer.  Finish Masters in Richmond VA did an outstanding job with matching the colors.  Wanted to follow the paint lines on the saddle bag but couldn't because of the trailer bumper.  Plus I wanted more black and maroon in the back. If anyone wants color codes off the can let me know.

My bike is black so I don't really have the color match issue. But, these trailers are available fairly locally for a decent price and am wondering what you think of it in over-all quality and tow-ability. Any comparison to a Bushtec?

They make two of them. This is the shorter one. I think the other is 10" longer.  I like it because its lighter than the bushtec. It's all aluminum. My friend has an old bushtech turbo. I found the air suspension system somewhat of a pain.  Always had to tweak it depending on the load. I've had mine on the Blue Ridge Pkwy and on some other twisty roads.  Never felt it was holding me back in anyway. The only drawback, no vents so condensation forms inside if stored outside. When I kept mine outside I put something under the lid to keep it cracked. They don't come lined with carpeting like the bushtecs.  I put some outdoor carpeting on the floor.

Thanks for the quick reply! Just the info I was lookin' for. When I get one, it'll be the longer one to fit a couple sets of clubs 'on the flat' so as to not eat up all the room inside at an angle.

That's the only reason I wish I had the longer one.  I can fit one set of clubs in mine on an angle and my clothes, rainsuit around it.  Only thing I'd be concerned with the longer trailer is having a tendency to over load it for the bike.  I probably had mine at that limit last Thanksgiving when I road it to the beach.

]Z10, great trailer, great paint. Those Aluma trailers are a great bang for the buck.
I will have to disagree with you thou on the weight. The MCT is 200 lbs, and the MCTXL is 225 lbs, per
the Aluma website. The Bustec Turbo2 is 125 lbs, the Roadstar is 125 lbs, and the bigger Quantums are
140 lbs per their website. Just setting the record straight!

@Taz...Before I posted my comments regarding the Bushtec's I went ot their site becasue I couldn't recall the name of my friends trailer.  Didn't look at weights. I want to say his is a late 80 early 90 model.  I didn't see the exact trailer but the Turbo name rung a bell. His looked a little different than what they carry now.  I've moved his around alot by hand and even towed it once behind my old bike.  It seemed a little heavier than mine. I'm sure most of the weight difference is in the wheels and axles.  Aluma has the heavier torsion axle and 12" mags versus the lighter bicycle wheel setup on the Bushtec.
