2004 FLHTCSE FRONT FENDER
« on: April 09, 2021, 07:17:39 AM »

The other day my 04 FLHTCSE fell victim of a hit and run.  Parked in a parking zone, car crossed the fog line and hit the front fender.  Here are the issues: 1) I am looking for a used front fender.  It is obsolete through Harley.  Been on eBay daily with no luck.  2). Does ANYBODY know how to get the paint codes for the 2004 CVO orange pearl?  If I cannot find a used fender, then a local Bike shop needs to duplicate one.....says he can do it but it may take him all day just to mix and match the orange.

HELP.....this bike is like my third child!

Joe from Xtememe Designs in Sicklerville New Jersey. I’m pretty sure he’s a member on this site. His work is beyond reproach.
Not sure where you are located but I believe he will do things through the mail. I can recommend him because I’ve used him and have been very very happy with the results. His prices always seemed to be more than fair.

It may take awhile and subtle use of the search tool but use that.  Those colors have been matched and discussed here before.  It's been awhile, a long while, but it's been done.  I don't have it saved or bookmarked as I never needed the 04's colors.  But I'm 99.44% sure it's here.

I live in Massachusetts.  I will start searching for Orange Pearl.  If anyone finds it before me; please PM me!

Contact Joe @ Extreme let him know you want him to paint a fender, go to one of the online discount dealers order a non-painted (prime) fender, have it shipped to Joe, he paints it and ships it to you.

I thought I’d found you one on Sleezebay but it was crumpled. I have a pdf of all the paint PN’s but no codes from 1987 through 2007, be glad to send it to you but don’t know if it would be of any help.  I’ve never used Joe at Xtreme but most folks here swear by him and I have never heard anything but rave reviews about his work.

Or I will sell you my fender for $20,000 and throw in the rest of the bike for free! Just kidding, it’s worth more than that to me and nowhere near that to anyone with any sense.

I posted about 6 months ago that I was looking for '04 Pumpkin painted parts. Still no luck.

LOL!!!! I know/understand how you feel... I will sell fender (along w/all the extra parts/pieces I've acquired over the years too) but it goes w/the bike. One difference is I would entertain reasonable offers... as much as I'm riding it lately it needs to go to someone that will ride/enjoy it. :-\

Thank you all very much for all the suggestions.  I emailed both Joe at XTREME and CPVEHICLES.  Not sure what else to do.  I have attached an image.

This is killing me! Lol

Sounds about like me, life gets in the way of fun.  I am only able to ride a few thousand miles a year but I know if I ever got rid of my Bird, it would be a hard sell to get another.  The main riding I do is an annual guys trip to the mountains with my dad and a buddy.  That trip alone is worth keeping it insured and maintained.  Although my buddy sold his bike recently because he wasn’t riding it enough but said he still plans to go every year and rent a bike for the week.
