I use a Rbin Hoods sun visor on my bike.  I've talked with the owner, Dan, asking if he makes one for my radar detector.  In the conversation he let me know that if there's any electronic item that he doesn't make a hood for, that he can make one in a few days if you send him the item.  Of course he'll return the item.

He may already have one for what you need.

His web site.....   http://www.priushood.com/motorcycle-garmin-zumo-hoods.html

Dan's number is (269) 282-9591

Don't leave us guessing :nixweiss:  Which color option seems to be the best?

To be honest I'm not sure what color I'm using. Maybe black and orange? I think it's the one that it was set on when I got it. I just know that I rented a 2014 limited in Las Vegas 2 weeks ago and it had a lot of white on the screen making it very hard to see with sun glare. Only rented it for the day and didn't bother changing it.

Good enough.  I play with it as soon as the snow melts.  Thanks.

I'll be home this weekend and check and see what color settings mine is set on.

JCZ, I had sent an inquiry to RBNS Hoods about our 6.5 inch infotainment.  They called and asked if id be willing to try a draft version on my bike and provide them feedback.  He also asked if I liked it if I'd supply pics for his web site.  He is apparently getting close to a production model.  Guess for the cost of a hood he's trying to get some product development feedback.  I suspect it may help a lot with sun directly overhead but not so much if sun is behind the rider.  We will see.  Is it permissible to post a pic of it once I try it and ask forum members for comments?  Thought this might be considered advertising.

I'll post a photo with a review once I try it on a sunny day. Don't know how close to a production model they are.
