This is what I did on my Road King to get the  get the best of all worlds:

1. Zumo supplies the nav/mp3/xm radio to my intercom system. Also my cell phone connects to the Zumo by bluetooth.
2. Starcom 1 digital handles the input from the Zumo. Starcom also handles the intercom for passenger and bike to bike comms
3. Output to headset in open and full face helmets. I use a in the ear headsets and the music sounds better than my car and cuts a lot of the exhaust noise out. Works well fro me.

Thanks Guys - all good info - looks like I'll get some in ear headsets to interface with the Autocom, I think Intaride in the UK do some.

It's just a shame not to be able to interface with the Harley system.

Jon an alternative would be to find HD p/n 76408-06. It is now obsolete but you may be able to find a used one (or one in a dealer's stock but I doubt that as I have already tried). This would allow you to bring the cell phone into the radio & then BT the 2-way to the Zumo. You'd still have to be wired to the bike though.
