I removed the rear turn signal bar from the Road King & replaced it with dual bulb clearance lites (not LED) on either side of the rear fender.  Wired them into the connector under the left fuse panel cover in the original position.  Everything worked perfectly UNTIL I started the engine.  Anytime the engine is above idle the lights STOP BLINKING & burn steady.  This includes the front signal bulb as well. HELP!!
