Hey guys I've done a lot of research as well as contacted baggernation but still have no definite answer. It says on their website that it does not fit Canadian models. I've contacted baggernation and they said it is due to Canadian laws requiring a center mounted brake light and that there will be a large rectangular hole. On my cvo the center brake light is separate from the license plate assembly. I think it would work but I need to see some pictures of how it is mounted to make sure. Also I can't find any information if it fits 5x8" license plates. Some input would be great. Here is a picture of my rear setup.

This is the stealth III plate frame on the 17 CVO Street glide.  there are two bolts that go though the fender to the frame.  They go through where the USA version factory plate holder, and night light and reflector mount.  So I am not sure it would work on yours, as I do not know what is behind your plate holder and behind your fender.

Apologies to the Opie but I have a quick question. I do not like the oval in yaffe nor the price. kyarakin (sp) has a rectangle assembly that does the same thing but is Chrome with no intentions of making the black one's right now. Are there any other options? If I buy the kyarakin (sp) and powder coat I'm at the yaffe price.

If you look at these three links, it looks to me that Yaffee/Bagger Nation is incorrect.   
The License plate bracket appears to be the same on Domestic or Canadian Models, its the light and other components that are different.

That is my CB antennae.  I added the CB and antennae for group rides, and rides with my wife, we can still talk when she is on her bike.

Thanks for the replies. It will in fact fit on my bike but I've come into a new problem where my license plate will not fit in as it is a 5x8" plate.

I like the Yaffe plate holder I have. I took a tin snips to my plate to make it fit.

For the life of Me I can't get to the 7/16 nut inside of the fender to remove the inside bracket??

all you have to do is drill the threads out on that nut that you cannot get off the bracket   leave  The bracket in place just drill from the outside   just take a drillbit open the hole up a little bit tape everything up so you don't scratch anything  it's a five minute job  you may have to get a longer bolt from the hardware store done it many times

That is exactly how I did it on 3 bikes now.  I also add blue painters tape to the fender to help keep from scratching it.
