They must have felt sorry for me. I stopped by to look it over and the dealer said take her home and bring me the check on Monday. He didn't have to say it twice 8-)

Congratulations on your new FLHTCUSE. It's a beauty. Sounds like you have a great dealer, letting you take it home without paying for it. I pick up mine Wednesday (an identical twin to yours),

Great looking ride Luckyrebel [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif].  Now you can start adding the chrome and misc. other things.  Get the VISA ready.  Hope you enjoy your ride as much as I enjoy mine.  I hope you are coming to Cripple Creek.  It will be really cool having all these SEUC in a line.

Talked to my dealer today....they bumped my ship date BACK a day to May 11th!  So, they must be caught up now....word from the dealer is that the paint is fixed, so mine should have the new process...all I can do is wait now...having trouble sleeping 'cause I'm spending too much time on here getting TMI.  Going to "roll my own" SE A/C...dealer said they would be glad to put one together for me with the K&N filter. So, chrome backplate, hardware, filter, and I'll let the cover "not fit" as it seems to be a non issue from what I've read here.  Also getting the chrome inner primary, automatic chain tensioner, silver finned head bolt bridge...leaving the pipes stock, at least for now. Getting the standard download for the A/C. Going to order the short antenae. Can't wait...no HD's since '72, and that was a chopped panhead...metrics since.  I'm READY...may see some of you guys in NC this fall.

Hang in there TC,
I sounds like you've got your list in order.  I know how it is waiting, I didn't have but a little over a month to wait on mine and I was miserable!  IT WILL be worth the wait!  [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

My ship date to CT was 4/14 and I received my call the Haze in on 4/19.  Of course it will take some time to load the bike up with Jeff extras -- at least most of them.  ;)

I have a ship date on my new Chrimson/Slate of May 12 dealer says I should be able to come look at it on the 15th. I hope so.

BTW I had a Haze on order. When It came in it just didn't do it for me. The dealer told me about the Chrimson and the person that had it on order wanted the Haze. Looks like a match made in heaven for two people.

Be Safe

Dawg....ours are shipping on about the same date, so they must be coming off the same run.  I'm like you, the Haze is a gorgeous bike, but there's just something about the BCCS that does it for me.  Sounds like things worked out great for you, and the other guy is a happy camper too....some things are just meant to be, I think.  Sounds like your situation is one of them. Hope everything turns out good for both of us!!
