Anyone bought a Tourpak for a 14 up Rushmore and the HD mounting Hardware for use on a Rushmore streetglide SE and able to get George’s relocator to work?

Holes on mine aren’t matching up on the HD plate /George’s plate so curious if anyone else ran into this? Fits the Tourpak great but not where it would mount on the detachable hardware
George said he built for the ultras and no plan to do a new one for SG?
