Hey, there IS a positive to the new dash.  We get rid of that useless thermometer.

Air temp is supposed to display with the system information in the radio's display :huepfenlol2: .

I have a question for everyone...isn't there going to be just as much heat as before...or even more as now we have THREE areas throwing heat to the air around the bike. In cars, the radiators get as hot as the engines and they cool through water jackets NOT through the heads. I guess time will tell, but I sure have my doubts about this system being COOLER! I like everything else they did as far as lighting, latches, radio, controls, faring, etc.

Two things are stressing me out about the new CVO Ultra Ltd; I still haven't seen anything mentioning power locks and as I mentioned a few pages back, there's a big vent hole where the windshield bag goes.  I may not sleep until I know more about these two items.  Okay, maybe I will, but I am curious.  Another thing...I really liked the harness that keeps the passing lamps on with the high beams.  Did they build this in, and if not, will they have a new harness available to work now that there isn't a passing lamp switch at the bottom of the inner fairing (or maybe there is and the switches are now those buttons I see in the photos)?  Also, where is the amplifier?  I'm guessing it's in the fairing, as I sure don't see one under the tourpak.  Has the cooling system caused any change to the exhaust system routing from the front, that would in turn mean there will be a wait for an aftermarket exhaust system to fit the bike?  Finally, it looks like they still didn't make the tourpak lamps into turn signals...just running and brake lights.  At least they didn't put the same old hinges on the tourpak.  How about that?  I had more that two things on my mind after all.

Right!  And since the lowers can't be removed, how much of them has been devoted to passenger venting VS radiator cooling?

According to the technical document I just looked at, it does still have power locks.

I can pass along the doc, but know how. It's a 30K zip file, so too big to post here

"exhaust port" for the front "mail slot" Supposed to reduce buffeting.

Only the Limited, CVO Limited, and Tri Glide Ultra have the "Twin Cooling".

The CVO Limited bears the dubious distinction of being the first, and thus far ONLY, "Steamin' Eagle"...

I wish I could take credit... but LabRat came up it... and like the MoCo, didn't call any attention to it. Well done!

I like the idea of water cooling but could anyone imagine opening the glove box in your new car and finding coolant hoses next to the owners manual? Seems like the MOCO may have "rushed" this part of the Rushmore Project.

lol.  That's a good observation

I know what it's for, but what about a place for a windshield bag?
