Veterans Day

Happy Veterans Day to all of our Veterans on this Forum.  I'm a retired Navy Chief, my wife is also retired Navy.

We will be going to the celebration on the town square today.

In Canada, we call Veterans Day Remembrance Day to commemorate all the fallen Canadian Soldiers during World War 1,  World War 2, and the various UN Peacekeeping Missions and the deaths of Canadian forces during the Afghan War.

 :2vrolijk_21:  In the US, as you probable know, we have Memorial Day to remember our fallen Veterans and Veterans Day to thank all Veterans and active service members.
