Northern Virginia Traffic Law

I was just curious if any of you all were interested in this. It seems to me that you are going to be fined 1200$ ( close ) for going over 20 mph over the posted speed limit. I totally understand in some respects; but come on.

And the Law Enforcement are being very agressive about it right now.
