It's hard to believe MoCo can still believe, or at least act like they believe, that their client base is a bunch of lemmings in leather chaps. Not much else really explains the cavalier arrogance that client base is treated with. I'm actually giving MoCo the benefit of the doubt when I suggest it is a cavalier arrogance that this the problem. Because the only other suggestion that makes any sense is that they are just that f&%(^ng stupid and/or incompetent.
Don... I think the real problems are the relentless pursuit of cost-cutting above all else, and RUSHMOREing things into production without proper
road testing. Regardless of WHAT the MoCo says, the cooling issues and the clutch issues SHOULD have surfaced during
on-road testing - assuming they actually DID a lot of real-world
road testing and did not simply run parts and systems on static test equipment.
I sure wouldn't want to be an engineer at the MoCo these days. They probably have bean counters looking over everything trying to squeeze out every last cent of cost. This continuing defects chit is RIDICULOUS and INEXCUSABLE!
Honey Badger has a permanent home in my garage! I think the stars were aligned when she was built... or maybe it was a Thursday morning after Church night and nobody had a hangover. At any rate, I wouldn't touch a '14 with a 10-foot POLE after all this crap...
The 2014's have so many nicknames already, the board will have to do an index for them. 2 good ones you have there. You should think up one for the radio.
Can You Hear Me Now?-tainment System is just too wordy.
Iski... I saw
Project Gush-More on the forum somewhere, so I can't take credit for that... But
Project Clutch-Less is mine.
How about "
Info-LAME-ment System" for the radio?
