Well as many here know I had a 48 hour hold on this bike and was called when it arrived today. It took me approximately 4.8 seconds to decide to purchase it. Thunderstorms today but she'paid for. I need to blame you guys here for this purchase. It looks like a great ride and I'll report later! I couldn't have done it without the support of this Forum!

The salesman was really having trouble with my auto focus digital camera and it was becomming very funny. On a serious note, I posted being torn between this bike and the CVO Ultra that was in Florida. I asked questions not wanting to be swayed but wanting real opinions on ownership of both. I was not flamed and feel the posts from owners really helped me stay the 'Street Glide' course. The Ultra will be the next one however. Something to dream about being 56! Thank you again!

Be sure and get a Road Glide in there somewhere along the way. Every guy needs a complete touring set.

Picked it up at lunch. I had to go back to work after only 8 miles. My wife and I rode to the ski lake tonight and all I can say....wow! Had Coldplay and 70 degrees air temperature and skiied well. Life can't get better!

Turns out the FT Wayne ride is at Baileys Harley on Illinois tomorrow the ride for life is next week Saturday.

We'll have to hook up and roll the weather is looking better!

Congrats on your new bike race! Looks like the bad weather came in with my plane though, so I bet you've not been doing to much riding this week. Weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow though and hopefully for the weekend as well.

I guess I'll have to see if I can put more miles on mine before you!

Blame the rain on me. Rode Saturday and to work this morning and changed to the car at lunch. Weekend weather looks better. My three sons are all in an ABATE class this weekend!
