just over 2000 km received the bike March 15 2010

3,200 miles since Thanksgiving. Bad winter in DC kept the bike in the garage for waaaaaaaaaay to many weekends.

My bike has spent more time in Jim's shop gettin all the mods than in my garage.......but I've still managed to put 13,253 miles in the past nine months.

You guys need to quite lookin at em and get out there and ride em. Take a trip, do a few 1,000 mile weekends, etc. get out and exerience the journey and get away from the home town.

The wife and I did ride up to Victoria and Vancouver last year. We got there in two days but took a week or ten days to return. Turned around a month later and rode down to Zion National Park and Monument Valley in Utah and to north and south rim of the grand canyon, Sedona Az, etc. Some great rides last summer.

We're looking forward to our ride to Key West in Oct.

790 miles jcz is right im embarresed and ashamed this all changes today gonna be in the 80s for the next 5 days in michigan hiding the car keys and ridin

Received bike on Mar11/10. 2300 kms. Couldn't ride for 2 weeks because of inner ear infections. Made me off balance.

Thanks George. We're (the four of us) are shipping to Miami and riding down to Key West (along with Jorge & Martha and Miker and his wife). From there we'll be riding back up across the Everglades (got to see at least one gator) and up the west coast of Fl. as we head west.

You're certainly welcome to ride down to Key West with all of us on that Sat. (for just one night) and we'd like that. If you're interested, let me know and I'll PM the lodging info, etc.

I only ride when its nice,and in nothern NH.that really limits your miles. But this year is looking good so far.

The clouds that rolled in on the cold front that came down out of Alaska. Heard on the news this morning that many low temps were broke throughout Nor Cal yesterday.

That cold front was payback for all the laughs you had at us on the east coast this past winter.

You've mistaken me for that guy from NY that now lives in Nor Cal. I've got great empathy for those living in the cold states. That's why I keep posting all the sunny photos with the green stuff (lawn) for them.

But speakin of mileage.......is it true that I already have more miles on my 10 SESG than you do on your 04 SEEG?

And?? ...you should know by now that I could care less about who's got more miles on their bike as I would about what guy has the biggest... oh well... you get the picture.... Neither one of those mean a hill of beans... it's about quality not quantity.

Plus the last time I checked all those that were talking about this and that regarding my bike didn't pay a dime for it.... so I guess they just pissing in the wind and telling themselves it's raining.

Because you know I give as good as I take.

That just mean Jim's got more going on outside of riding then I do.... He just started a new business (and you'll keep him busy

) as I have just started a new path in my career, He's got a young kid at home similar to me having a kid in college.... these things require time if you want to get the best out of them... it's all about doing what you want and enjoying it. Those that get to put a lot of miles on their bikes I'm happy for them just as I'm happy for those that put little/no miles on their bike everyone's circumstances are different and I'm not going to stand on the outside and say what someone should or shouldn't do.... You know the saying... "Walk a mile in my shoes...." everyone has to do what they are comfortable with and want/can do.

2200 miles since Street Vibes. 900 miles (No trail miles) on snowmobile this year if that counts

Waiting for Winter to take a hike for at least a few months and it has been dragging her feet! 2 inches of snow in town last Sat alone
