Darn; i forgot. Riders with 200hp bikes better trade for a new Harley with red performance paint. I'm sure they will line up at your local dealerships.

This paint must have magic dust, looks like metal flake. It transports the bike through time and space.

So Harley still thinks smoke and mirrors (and goofy paint schemes) will work to distract potential buyers from the obvious lack of real performance relative to all the competition?  Who said they couldn't change their stripes?  Whoever it was, was right.

So true. What's even sadder, bet they actually sell there "performance paint". Spending thousands to do so.

Hopefully that buyer never goes up against a real "performance motorcycle".

Meeting at HD HQ regarding the company's declining sales....CEO: what can we do about this.  Marketing: we need to up our performance and offer it at a competitive price point to attract younger riders, the way Indian did with their replica flat tracker.  Creative Design: we don't have the in-house talent to up performance, how about a few over-priced paint schemes, like we've done in the past.  CEO: brilliant!

Remember when the board was giddy with anticipation over the imminent announcement from Mothership Harley regarding the new models for the year?  Pepperidge Farms remembers. 

Pool Boy was rumored (later proven to be unfounded) to be especially fond of Pumpkin Spice cookies, back when HD did the Pumpkin Spice bike.

BUT if you buy this custom paint when you purchase the new bike, the paint comes with a 2 year warranty!! LOL!!! Only making 100 sets, HURRY up and get your performance paint... Like most young people can afford a 20,000+ bike and 3- 7000 thousand dollar paint upgrade!!! NEW for 2020.. HD credit offering 100 month financing...

I wonder if they are also working on a new version of HOG aimed toward the younger generation.  Instead of going to meetings at a sponsoring dealership and going on organized rides, they would just meet in online chat rooms and participate in virtual rides.
