I hear ya.  I got in my last ride this past Saturday; slightly cold, windy, and drizzly but I knew it was probably my last chance this year.  Monday the bike got a thorough cleaning and the cover went on for the duration.  Now I'm depressed and wishing one more time that I had never let my employer talk me in to moving to Chicago.

  I put on my gerbings heated socks, pants, jacket liner and gloves and had a wonderful 50 mile ride at 40F with 25 mph north winds. When it went down to the mid 30's at around 5pm, I just dialed up the thermostat a bit and enjoyed the warmth. I pulled up to my frozen buddy on a dyna and said, "is it just me, or is it really hot out here"? For some reason he flipped me the bird!  ;)

I sit here and wonder >> Why Why, Why do I live here ?? There must be something that keeps me here? Maybe the low Tax base ?? Nope not that.  Maybe the low auto insurance? Nope doubt it. Cheap housing? NAAAA no way. I cant be a dumbass cause then others of this great site would also be dumbasses. Well I guess I have a whole winter to figure out that complex thought!! Oh Ya thank you guys out there in warm weather for tossing in kind words of sunny warm temps.. Who's better than you????

I have a cabin in the northwoods of Wisconsin,12 inches of snow on the ground in the last 24 hours!It was 60 outside last  Saturday,CRAZY!!!! [smiley=pumpkin.gif]
