More on 2010
« on: May 23, 2009, 02:21:38 PM »

My sources tell me the 2010 year will have more models than ever before, a new record. The Road Glide fairing is Willie G's favorite along with air cooling. Any motor changes other than possibly oil cooled heads will be surprising. A tour glide I am told would be a big seller at the dealerships and sounds logical. The SERG is  questionable, one will know for sure, sept mabe Willie G's hair dresser. :drink:

That's not much of a change, since they are already air and oil cooled.  Did you possibly mean water cooled heads?

No Jerry, Oil cooled heads are new for the XR1200. They have external lines plumbed to the heads and and extra large oil cooler the the left side of the bike. Cools the exhaust valves = more power. :drink:
